Road
Runner offers three installation options to meet your
needs
Self-install
Road Runner - When you choose the self-install
option, you can come
by one of our local offices to pick up a self-install
kit or we'll mail one to you. The Road Runner
self-install kit will contain everything you need to
get started. Please note:to
qualify for Self-Install you must be a current TWC
customer with a minimum of full basic service .
Free
Standard Installation* - With a standard installation
we install an outlet and connect the modem, but the customer
must install the Road Runner software and configure
the e-mail.

Deluxe
Installation* - With
a deluxe installation we install an outlet and connect
the modem plus install the Road Runner software
and the customer e-mail
accounts for a one-time $29.95
charge.
