Why is my Road Runner home page a blank (blue) screen
When attempting to view www.rr.com, a blue screen may appear due to various security settings in your Internet Explorer browser. In order to get rid of the blue screen that appears when viewing www.rr.com and still keep a high security level, you will need to adjust your security settings.

I lost the Road Runner/Around Town Homepage, how can I get it back

To return to the Road Runner Homepage click here.
To return to Around Town click here.
Follow the directions below** to make Road Runner your default Homepage.

 
The content on my Road Runner Homepage/Around Town isn't updating, what should I do
First make sure you have the correct links to Road Runner and Around Town. Click here to reset your Road Runner default welcome page. Click here to make sure you have the correct link to Around Town. In addition you may need to adjust your browser settings so that your web pages don't cache. Follow the directions below*.

Internet Explorer
1. Using Internet Explorer look for the toolbar (you'll find it at the top of your screen) Click Tools> Click Internet Options
 

2. Under the General Tab Click Delete files
3. Click Clear History
4. Set Days to keep pages in history to 0
5. Click on Settings and follow Step 6 below to finish adjusting your settings.

 
6. Finally check the Every visit to the page. Be sure to Click OK and OK again to save your settings.
 

FireFox
1. Using FireFox look for the toolbar (you'll find it at the top of your screen) Click Tools> Click Options.
 

2. Select the Privacy Tab.
3. Click Settings.

 
4. Check the boxes of the private data that you want FireFox to erase.
5. Click OK to save your settings..
 
6. Click Clear Now
7. You may want to check Always clear my private data when I close FireFox
8. Click OK to save your settings.
 

 
**How do I make Road Runner my default Homepage
Internet Explorer
First click here to go to Road Runner's Homepage.
1. Using Internet Explorer look for the toolbar (you'll find it at the top of your screen) Click Tools> Click Internet Options
 
2. Under the General Tab Click Use Current. This will set Road Runner as your default Homepage. Be sure to Click OK to save your settings.

FireFox
First click here to go to Road Runner's Homepage.
1. Using FireFox look for the toolbar (you'll find it at the top of your screen) Click Tools> Click Options.
 

2. Select the Main Tab
3. Click Use Current Page
