How do I manage my Road Runner account

The Account Management area on the Road Runner site allows you to gain instant access to specific information on your individual account, and those of other members in your household. You can:

  • change your password
  • set up a separate account for another household member
  • make other adjustments to customize your Road Runner service

The Account Management System allows you to do all this and more. Have your user ID

and current password ready, then click go to the Account Management System
 
1. How do I change my password

1. Go to Account Management

2. Select your division (CAE Columbia) to login
3. Enter your Email Address and Password and click the Logon button.
4. Choose the Change Password button
5. Enter your Current Password, Enter your New Password, Confirm your New Password. Click Change
   
2. How do I set up a separate account

1. Go to Account Management

2. Select your division (CAE Columbia) to login
3. Enter your Email Address and Password and click the Logon button.
4. Choose the User Management button
5. Click Create a New Sub User
6. Enter the appropriate information and Click the Add button
